Gary Phillips, 71, passed away January 30, 2018 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
     He was a long time Manteca resident, graduating from MHS in 1964. He was the son of Russell and Helen Phillips.
   He is survived by his wife CJ, his brothers Walter, John and Robert, seven children and several grandchildren.
