After a long and brave battle, our gentle giant, Jerry, was embraced into God’s loving arms and carried into eternal life on September 8, 2012. Jerry was employed in the auto industry for 50 years, the last years being at Liberty Buick.

He was born on October 21, 1943 in Cleveland, Ohio to Frank and Hattie Wolnoski. Jerry passed away in the loving arms of his beloved wife of 24 years, Irene. He is also survived by children Carla, Dale (Tammy), Colleen, Cathleen (Grant) and Paula, 10 grandchildren, one great grandson, sisters Maryann (Ed), Alice (Ernie), Bette (Joe), Terry (Joe), Helen (Eddie) and brother George. Jerry is a beloved husband, father, grandpa, brother, and friend.

Special thanks to all who supported us through the last year’s journey including Dr. Thapaliya and Thunderbird Hospital Oncology, Freedom Plaza, and all the loving CNA’s and caregivers who helped Jerry through this

time. Funeral services were held for Jerry in Arizona on Wednesday, September 12, 2012. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to leukemia research.

Jerry, we love you and miss you. We will be together again. Jerry is now catching the biggest fish, getting holes-in-one and flying the bluest of skies! Rest in peace sweet, loving man.
