Hans Paul Bannemer Sr., 48, suddenly passed away on Feb. 5, 2011 in Manteca, California. He was born on May 6, 1962 in Bishop, California. He joins his father in heaven Hans W. Bannemer.

Mr. Bannemer is survived by his children Hans Bannemer Jr. of Stockton and Taylor Bannemer of Modesto. He has two surviving siblings: brother, John Bannemer of Arizona and sister, Gina Bannemer of Chino, CA. In addition, Hans has numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins who loved him dearly.

He was a resident of Modesto for over 20 years. He grew up in Bishop, Ca. where he graduated from Bishop Union High in 1980. After high school Hans entered into the military proudly serving his country for four years in the United States Air Force. For the past year Hans was employed at LAM research as a hazardous material technician. He previously worked at Circuit City for over 15 years as a store manager. He loved the outdoors, especially when golfing and riding his motorcycle was involved. He was an excellent cook specializing in pizza and spaghetti. He enjoyed listening to classic rock music AC/DC was his favorite rock band. Hans was an exceptional father loving his two children, Hans Jr. and Taylor unconditionally. Hans will be remembered for his kind spirit, and his funny personality that was never left unnoticed. He will be missed.

Mr. Bannemer’s services are being handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca. A memorial service will be held in his honor on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011 at 4 p.m. at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home 290 N. Union Road, Manteca, Ca. He will be laid to rest with his beloved father at a later date at Bishop – Pioneer Cemetery.
