Isabel F. Franco born on July 6, 1944. She  went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on March 17, 2014, in Modesto, CA. She was 69 years old. In heaven she joins her family, husband, Gilbert S. Franco, son Gilbert Victor Franco, siblings, Albert and Bobby Villarrial and her grandson Donny Miner.
   Mrs. Franco is survived by her children Debbie Miner, Linda Victorino, Maria Franco, Mario Franco and Jessie Franco. She was blessed by 23 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. In addition, Isabel is survived by her three sisters Delia Salado, Eva Thomas and Else Trujillo.
   Isabel was a 50 year resident of Manteca and attended Lathrop Christian Center.  She enjoyed a day out shopping looking for the best deals around town or relaxing watching dramatic scenes from her Novella’s. She had a joyful heart when listening to Christian music.  Isabel was a collector of many things but her most favorites were her angels and wind chimes.  Among Isabel’s enjoyments, her true delight in life was her grandchildren. She truly cherished the time she spent with them, as she loved each of them unconditionally. She will be remembered as a loving mother, an amazing grandmother and a wonderful sister. Her devotion to God and her family will never be forgotten. She will be deeply missed.
   P.L. Fry & Son is honored to be serving the Franco family. A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2014 from 1 p.m. till 5 p.m., at P.L. Fry & Son 290 N. Union Rd., Manteca, CA. Celebration of life will be on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 11 a.m., held at Calvary Community Church, 815 W. Lathrop Rd., Manteca. She will be laid to rest at East Union Cemetery.
