She is survived by her daughters Carolyn Butler, Rhonda, Tamara, Melissa, and Audrey, her sons Dennis and Tony her sister Ocie Knight. She was blessed with seven grandchildren Linda (James) Glenn, Thomas H. Deeley, Denise Marie Deeley, Jose Japa Garcia, James Lawrence Garcia, Evita (Heath) Garcia-Person, Lydia (Russell) Garcia-Bogan as well as two great-grandchildren Derek (Sharon) Trent, Thomas Alexander Deeley Gonzalez, and a special niece Mae (Alex) R. She would later move to Seaside, California where she met her husband Jose. She began working in the kitchen for Carmel High school. Eventually Izola and Jose found their way to Manteca where she worked as a school monitor before retiring. She loved dancing and gardening. In fact, she was a member of the Senior Center Garden Club here in Manteca for many years as well as a volunteer for various nursing homes.  She was a member of the Portuguese American club. She was also a very good cook, who made some of the best Lumpia and tamales according to those lucky enough to try them.  Izola was a very kind and loving person who could talk to just about anyone and she will be truly missed.
