Jack R. Campbell, 85, entered into rest on November 18, 2016 in Manteca. He was born in Oregon on August 29, 1931.
Jack and his wife Hazel moved from Prineville, Oregon to Burns, Oregon 23 years ago. Hazel passed away almost six years ago. Jack then moved to California to live with Carolyn Hutton, his step daughter, and her husband Clark.
Jack will be remembered as an excellent water color artist and an excellent fisherman. He enjoyed gold mining and metal detecting.
   He is survived by daughter, Sandra Lane of WA, granddaughter Rosa Frausto of WA, step-daughters Carolyn Hutton of Manteca,  Sherrin Long of Prineville, OR,  Ann Laursen of Sisters, OR and Pam Morton of Prineville, OR. In addition he has 16 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. He will be remembered as a loving father, grandfather and friend. He will be deeply missed.
