Janet Marie Teicheira passed away suddenly in her home at the age of 63.  She was a generous, kind, giving, spiritual woman that was loved by everyone who knew her.  Her smile and laugh were contagious and will be missed by many.  Janet graduated from Manteca High in 1968 and received her AA Degree from Delta College in 1970.  She worked in Manteca at Honey’s Appliance Store and Jersey Crown Dairy before she settled at Foster Farms in Modesto.  She retired after 26 years to spend more time with her family. She survived by her mother Mabel Teicheira of Manteca, brother Bob Teicheira (Carolyn) of Los Banos,  nephew Robert Teicheira (Luneida) of Los Banos, Cathy Morelli (Rob) of Denair and Tonya Nunes (Aurelio) of Los Banos. The highlights of her life were her great nieces and nephews, Axel, Austin, Arin Janet, and Abbie Morelli of Denair, Taylor, Branden and Stacia Teicheira of Los Banos, Breanna and Patrick Nunes of Los Banos. She had a huge extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins that she loved dearly!
   She was preceded in death by her father Tony Teicheira, her paternal grandparents Joseph and Mary Teicheira.  Maternal grandparents John and Anna Baptista, and  Manuel and Mary Pimentel.
   She was a member of St. Anthony’s Church, M.R.P.S, Portuguese Fraternal Society of America, and LUSO.  Her hobbies included watching her nieces and nephews activities, bowling, watching sports on TV, and taking care of her cats.

Union Road, Manteca, Wednesday February 12th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. A Rosary and Mass will be held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, 525 E.
