Jason Alexander Combs, 19, entered the gates of heaven on Saturday, May 9, 2015 in Manteca. He was born on March 22, 1996 in Fremont, California.  Jason joins his grandmother Eulalia, whom passed away just one day before him.
Jason leaves behind his loving parents Jason and Josephine Combs of Lathrop, his brother Jose Rivera and sister Jasmine Combs. Jason was blessed with many aunts and uncles, Mary Benson, Elizabeth Martella, Sue Moyes, Vincent Rivero, Velia Dominguez, Lacho and Athena Rivera and David and Rene Rivera and many cousins who loved him dearly. In addition Jason leaves his best friend and girlfriend Karina Mejia.    
   Jason was a Fremont/Lathrop resident; he attended Hirsch Elementary School in Fremont until his high school year. He was one of the first graduating classes of Lathrop High School. Jason had a bright future ahead of him; he enrolled at Delta College looking to pursue a career in criminal justice. Jason was a natural apprentice, learning from every experience and always asking questions. His intuition towards every situation gave him and understanding as he was never judgment and loved fully. Jason loved music and as a talented Rapper he found the art in every lyric. He was close to his family and held a special bond with his father. At times shy, he made you feel trust, and secure. There was never a dull moment while with Jason. An adored son, cherished brother, boyfriend, nephew and cousin. Jason was the light of many people, and now the stars will shine brighter because of him.  He will be remembered for his zest for life and his smile that lit up a room. He will be forever missed.   
   P.L. Fry is honored to serve the Combs family. Visitation will be Friday, May 15, 2015 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm at P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home, 290 North Union Road, Manteca. A Chapel service will be held in his honor on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 3:00pm at P.L. Fry.
