Jason Allen Hoffman, 35, died on Monday, April 26, 2010, at UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco. He was born on January 17, 1975 in Manteca and was a lifetime resident.

He is survived by his parents Joe and Joanie Hoffman of Manteca; his loving girlfriend, Kerri Lynn Grant of Manteca; grandparents, Ruth Hoffman and Dorothy Voller of Manteca; children, Alisya Rose Hoffman and Madison Cora Hoffman of French Camp; brother, Jeremy Hoffman of Manteca. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, the late Bud Hoffman and the late Leo Voller.

Jason enjoyed martial arts. He loved the outdoors and his animals. He graduated in 1993 from Manteca High School where he participated in football. Jason was a loving son, grandson, brother, father and friend. He loved spending time with his girls.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up in Jason’s honor. Send donations payable to Joanie Hoffman c/o Jason Hoffman Memorial Fund Acct. #325001 to Bank of Stockton, 660 Main Street, P.O. Box 1417, Manteca, CA 95336.

Arrangements are under the direction of P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home, 290 N. Union Road, Manteca. An online guest book is available at www.plfryandson.com.

Visitation will be Friday, April 30, from 2 to 3 p.m., celebration of life service will follow at 3 p.m. at P.L. Fry & Son. Final resting place will be private.
