Jeffrey Erlandson “Jeff”, 48, entered into rest on March 31, 2010 in Lathrop. He was born on April 21, 1961 in San Mateo, California. He joins his father in heaven, James Milton Erlandson.

Mr. Erlandson is survived by his wife of 16 years, Josie Erlandson. His beloved daughters are Alicia Ann Erlandson and Michelle Erlandson. His surviving mother is Carole Janice Mullings. In addition Jeffery has 3 siblings; Greg Erlandson, Rob Thorsen and Elsa Franklin.

Jeff grew up in San Mateo and attended Menlo Atherton High School where he excelled in track, eventually graduating in 1979. After high school he joined the Marines and proudly served for 3 years before he was honorably discharged. After living in San Mateo for 35 years, Jeff moved his family to Lathrop where they have made their home for over 8 years. He has made his occupation in retail for the past 25 years; most recently working for Safeway in Lodi as a produce clerk for the past 3 years. He found peace being outdoors; boating, fishing, and camping. Jeff was an extremely organized man; always having everything neat. He enjoyed working in his garage and making everything just right. He loved building things out of wood as well as making special projects. Finding that perfect item at a great bargain price was always a highlight for him. He loved family times and enjoyed a great barbeque with lots of family photos. Jeff was an exceptionally active father; his girls meant the world to him. He always aimed to give all of his girls the best things in life. His unconditional love and care that he showed was never unnoticed. He will be missed deeply.

Mr. Erlandson services are being handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 2 p.m. at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home 290 N. Union Road, Manteca. An on-line guest book is available at www.plfryanson.com.
