Jennifer Kay Bordenave born January 11, 1951, Jennifer Kay Bordenave went to heaven to watch over us on June 14, 2014 at the young age of 63,. Jennifer was born in Mason City, Iowa and moved to California as a young child. She attended Nile Garden School and graduated from Manteca High in 1969. After High School she met the love of her life, John Bordenave. They would start their family soon after. She was a stay at home mom who worked on the ranch until her children got a little older. She and her husband then opened Bear Valley Stables which she operated during the summers. When she wasn’t there you could find her working at “Jackass Junction”. She then went back to work at Tracy Defense Depot where she retired after 25 years of service. Jennifer was a Kool-Aid mom, though she only had three children so many more called her mom. So loving, caring and giving yet you didn’t want to mess up “In fear of.” She was not only like this with her children but grandchildren as well. Everyone loved being around her. She made the best of every situation and gave her all to everything she did. Jennifer was a loving, caring, down to earth hard working lady who found humor in all. She is loved and will be missed by many.
Jennifer is survived by siblings, Larry (Cookie) Mullin, Debbie(Tony) Mello, Greg(Kim) Mullin; mother- in- law, Alice Bordenave,sister- in- law, Rene(Chris) Leonard; children, John Bordenave Jr. (Amanda), Christine Bordenave, Robert Bordenave(Amber); and grandchildren, Nathan Silva Bordenave, Ashton Bordenave, Steven Bordenave, Austin Bordenave, Justin Bronco Bordenave, Taylor Craig, and Sage Bordenave.
