Born on July 11, 1932 in Los Angeles, CA, Jennings Beaire Wilson, Jr., 86, entered into rest on January 11, 2019 in Manteca, CA. 

   He is preceded in death by  his father Jennings Wilson Sr., mother Ethel Wilson, his siblings, Virginia Laws, Samuel Wilson, and Thelma McLaughin,  and his grandson, Tyler Wilson. 

   A devoted husband, father and grandfather, Jennings is survived by his loving wife, Melva Faye Wilson of 67 years, children, Dana Taylor (Ray), J.B Wilson III (Janna), Alice Allen (Bob), and Harlan Wilson (Terry). He was blessed with 10 grandchildren and 19 great- grandchildren. In addition, Jennings has one surviving sister Janette Dones.  

   Jennings retired after 30 years as an Auto mechanic for Manteca Datsun. After retirement, he started hauling hay for his sons businesses, Triple J Trucking and HJW Hay, he truly enjoyed working with his sons. He was a long time member of First Christian Church of Manteca. Jennings was a simple man who enjoyed Sunday afternoon drives, Western movies, and spending time on the ranch tending the cows, dogs and cats. He looked forward to his yearly hunting trips with his nephew Bob Hoffman and traveling with his son-in-law Ray.  Above all, family was most important to Jennings, he cherished family reunions and treasured time spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jennings will be remembered for his generosity, his honorable work ethics and his kind heart. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him.

   P.L. Fry is honored to be serving the Wilson family. A visitation will be held on Monday, January 21, 2019 from 1:00  p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at P.L. Fry & Son Chapel, 290 N. Union Rd., Manteca. 

A celebration of life will be held on January 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. also at P.L. Fry & Son Chapel, 290 N Union, Manteca, CA. He will be laid to rest at Cherokee Memorial Park, Lodi, CA.  An online guest book is available for condolences to the family at www.plfryandson.com.
