Joanne Pacheco, 94, passed away in the arms of her husband of 65 years, Manuel, on July 26, 2020 in Manteca, California. She was born on November 24, 1925 in Paauilo, Hawaii.
She is preceded in death by her son, William Rodrigues of Hayward. She is survived by her children, George Martins of Escondido, Peter Rodrigues of Manteca, Cynthia Rodriguez of Modesto, Sylvia Bodiker of Manteca and Debra Scheiber of Manteca. She was blessed with 16 grandchildren, Michelle Guiterrez, Sandra Rodrigues, Robert Martin, Jennifer Souza, Peter Rodrigues II, Pamela Raymond, Coulette Rodrigues-Castle, Denise Meyers, Jonelle Woodmansee, Joanne Correa, Manuel Correa, Joe O’Brien, Josh Kretschmann, Justin Rodrigues, Natasha Bates, and Tyler Bodiker. She was blessed with numerous great-grandchildren and great-greatgrandchildren.
Joanne was always dressed so classy and elegant and enjoyed gambling (just the slot machines!). She enjoyed watching baseball and golf with her husband as well as old school western movies. She took pride in her home, caring for her family and being a devoted wife and mother. She was a generous and loving woman who will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
