Joe Carl Reichmuth, entered into rest on April 29, 2022 in Manteca, Ca. He was born in French Camp, Ca., on December 1, 1930.

    He is preceded in death by his wife of 66 years Dorothy Reichmuth, brothers Robert and Martin Reichmuth, sister-in-law Delores Reichmuth and daughter-in-law Terri Reichmuth.

   Joe is survived by his loving family, children, Shirley Reichmuth, Tom (Arlene) Reichmuth, Ed Reichmuth, and Bob (Chris) Reichmuth. He was blessed with six grandchildren Joseph, Danielle, Melanie, Nicole, Justin and Jenna Reichmuth. In addition, Joe is survived by his brother Albert Reichmuth (MaryLou), sister-in-law Josie Franzia and brother-in-law Felix Reichmuth.

   Joe proudly served his country through the National Guard as a reserve. After 40 years Joe retired from the wine industry working in maintenance. He had an impeccable work ethic where he never missed a day of his 40 year career.  He was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Ripon. He was an avid NASCAR fan and took his racing obsession to Stockton Speedway 99 where he won two Championships. He was passionate about building racecar engines and teaching the next generation the joys of life in the pit. Joe will be remembered as a reserved kind man who loved his family unconditionally.

   P.L. Fry and Son is honored to be serving the Reichmuth family. Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. followed by a rosary/vigil at 7:00 p.m. both held at P.L. Fry and Son Chapel, 290 N. Union Rd., Manteca, Ca. A Mass will be on May 5, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 19399 Highway 99, Ripon, Ca.
