Joe Mamorno passed away peacefully on August 27, 2012 at the age of 71. Joe was born on December 8, 1940 in Brooklyn, NY.

After serving in the Air Force for 7 years, Joe worked for Del Monte for over 35 years. Joe’s passion was coaching soccer. Joe coached the girl’s and boy’s soccer teams at East Union High School for many years and taking them to many VOL titles. He also enjoyed tennis, table tennis, going to the gym, walking and was a huge history buff.

Joe loved his family more than anything. He will be remembered for his kind soul, loving heart and dedication to his family and friends. Joe was an amazing man. He touched so many lives and will be greatly missed.

Joe is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Raedeen

Mamorno, daughters Jacki and JaRae Mamorno and son Jay (Nicole) Mamorno. He is also survived by his beloved grandchildren Nick, Harley, Jordyn, Cooper, Grace, Kendall, Dakota, Ethan, Jackson and Brooklyn and his sister Joan Alipio. He was preceded in death by his parents Felix and Rita Mamorno, his brother Felix Mamorno Jr. and his sister Jeanne Naponuceno.

Services will be held on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at 1 pm at Park View Cemetery, 3661 E. French Camp Rd., Manteca.
