Johnny S. Sequeira, 55, entered peacefully into rest surrounded by his loving family on Monday, October 15, 2012 in Manteca. He was born September 23, 1957 in Oakland, California to Stanley and Frances Sequeira. Along with his parents, Johnny joins his sister Janice Sequeira and his grandson Anthony Jr. in heaven.

Johnny is survived by his children Anthony Sequeira of San Antonio, TX,  Angela Takae of Antioch, Monique Sequeira of Escalon, Stephanie Sequeira of Escalon and Sara Sequeira of Manteca.  He was blessed with eight grandchildren  Bethany, Robert, Christian, Jacob, Larissa, Jason, Nicole, and baby Zach. He is survived by one sister; Deborah Sequeira of Manteca, his niece Jennifer Johnson and great niece Sofia Johnson.

Johnny was a Manteca resident for the last 12 years, formerly from the East bay area. His best times were spent with family and friends celebrating life.  He had a great sense of humor, loved music, animals, cooking, casinos and Harleys. He enjoyed our family camping trips, loved to fish, and could grow anything in a garden and loved the sound of a Harley driving by.  He has left his family with the gift of many memories, his karaoke singing, favorite songs, and pet names for each of them and memories of his goofy antics.  Johnny was a young soul with an insatiable zest for life and living it to the fullest for as long as he could.  He will be remembered as a most loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He will truly be missed.
