Jose A. Joe Banuelos

 Jose A. “Joe” Banuelos, 59, entered into rest, Thursday, March 28, 2013 in Manteca. He was born on November 19, 1954 in Mexico.

Joe is survived by his beloved parents Juan and Angelina Banuelos. His siblings are; Rosie Gentry, Rebecca and husband Bobby Bean and Elisa McKnight and husband Tyrone. Joe was blessed with nine nieces and nephews ; Anthony Bean, Christina Stone (Seth), William Gentry (Stephanie), Nelson Wood Jr., Steven McKnight, Cynthia Bean, Joshua Wood, Melissa Mullins, Elisa Bean and Joel McKnight. In addition he had one great niece and one great nephew; Haylie and Carter Stone.

Joe was a Manteca resident for 55 years. He was a faithful member of St. Anthony’s Church. Joe was entirely devoted to his family. He was the favorite uncle and friend. As he never had any children of his own, Joe took on the responsibility of helping to care for his many nieces and nephews. He looked forward to family vacations and barbeques; especially while cheering on his favorite NFL Team the Oakland Raiders. His kindness and selflessness never went unnoticed. He was sincerely loved by coworkers and neighbors. He was the guardian of his family as he gave his love unconditionally. He will be remembered as an admirable son, loving brother, amazing uncle and dearest friend. He will be truly missed.

P.L. Fry and Son is honored to serve the Banuelos family. Visitation will be on Thursday, April 4, 2013 from 4 to 7 p.m. with Rosary/Vigil Service immediately following at 7:00 p.m. held at P.L. Fry & Son Chapel 290 N. Union Road, Manteca. A mass will be held on Friday April 5, 2013 at noon at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church 505 E. North ST. Manteca.
