 Jose Isaac Alvarado, 58, entered into rest on March 10, 2015 in Stockton, California. He was born in Texas to Mr. and Mrs. Isaac and Inez Alvarado. He was preceded in death by his father Isaac.

Mr. Alvarado is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Sarah Alvarado. His children are Richard Alvarado (Jessica), Lynda Ortega (Phillip), and Valorie Alvarado. He was blessed by six grandchildren; Joey, Julien, Alex, Braden, Cooper, and Kira. In addition Jose is survived by his beloved mother Inez and his siblings Virginia Ruiz, Richard Alvarado, Rudy Alvarado, Lourdes Medina and Martha Matedne.

Jose was a resident of Manteca for 55 years; graduating from Manteca High School in 1975. He worked in corrections, specifically for California Youth Authority in Stockton for over 16 years. Jose was a motorcycle fanatic and had a passion for all things fast. He loved riding his Harley and traveled throughout California with his wife Sarah. Jose was a true motorcycle enthusiast and made the pilgrimage to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally in South Dakota. In 2011 Jose founded the Patron Saints Motorcycle Club. The Motorcycle Club is comprised of law enforcement officers, honorably retired officers and their families; Jose was the club President. He enjoyed working in his garage, the outdoors, days on the lake in his jet boat, and camping. Jose had many close family members and friends who were drawn to his big heart, his giving spirit and his joy for life. His love for his grandchildren was unparalleled; they were his true life treasures. Jose will be remembered as a devoted family man who loved unconditionally.
