Manuel T. Corona passed away on August 1, 2015. He was 91 years old. He was born June 20, 1924. He passed to his next journey in life surrounded by family and loved ones.
  He was preceded in death by his wife Connie Corona, son Robert Corona, and grandson Jose Marciano Casimiro.
  Manuel is survived by his children, Manuel Corona Jr, Linda Rodriguez, Rosemary Farris and Connie Casimiro.
He was also blessed with eight grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
  Manuel was an avid dancer and loved to dance. He was a member of the Golden Agers of Riverbank, Forever Young of Modesto and the Manteca Senior Center Dancers.
 He was a proud and loving husband, father and grandpa. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
  Services will be held Thursday, August 6, at 6:00 pm at Salas Brothers Funeral Chapel, 419 Scenic Dr., Modesto. 
  Mass will be held Friday, August 7, at 10:00 am at St. Patrick’s Church, 19401 Hwy 120, Escalon, CA. Burial to follow at St. John’s Cemetery.
