Joseph Bishop, 51, entered into rest on May 28, 2014 in Manteca. He was born on February 15, 1963 in San Jose, CA. He is preceded in death by his loving mother Joyce Bishop.
   Mr. Bishop is survived by his father Richard (“Dick”) Bishop and his two brothers Rick Bishop (Joyce) and Rob Bishop (Jeanne). He was blessed with two nieces Emily and Sarah Bishop and three nephews Morgan, Casey and Spencer Bishop.
Joseph was a member of the Labors Union of Stockton where he was in construction for over 25 years. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his dogs and cheering on his favorite football time; the Oakland Raiders.
