June E. Price, 76, passed away on Monday, Feb. 16, 2009 in Manteca. She was born June 23, 1932 in Los Angeles.

She spent most of her younger years in the San Bernardino area. In 1951 she flew to Alaska and married her sweetheart, Charles Dean Price on July 3rd. She lived in Manteca since 1965. June was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother. She was greatly loved by her family and will be missed dearly. June is survived by her husband of nearly 56 years Charles Dean Price; their five children; Patti Black and husband Delmar of Stockton, Lora Copher and husband Dan of Redding, Lonnie Price and wife Brenda of Sacramento, Susie Paul and husband Dwayne of Lathrop, and Randy Price and wife Bridget of Turlock. Sisters; Peggy Duerkson of San Diego, Nancy Gary of San Diego, Shirley Adamson of Huntington Beach; brothers Steve and John Boren of Garden Grove; 13 grandchildren; Tricia Graham, Jason Graham, John Black, Sara Langford, Daniel Copher, Joseph Copher, April Price, Cody Price, Joni Price, Wendy Floyd, Travis Price, Connor Price, and Trevor Price; and eight great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, Feb. 21, at 1 p.m. at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home, 290 North Union Road, Manteca. Graveside services are private. Final resting place is at San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, 32053 West McCabe Road, Gustine.
