Kay F. Goodin, age 67, of Concordia, Kansas, died Saturday, January 19, 2013 at Cloud County Health Center.

Kay was born January 18, 1946 in Kansas City, MO, to Clem and Hertha (Hahnfeld) Bauer. After 20 years, Kay retired from the U.S. Navy in 1986 as a Chief Air Traffic Controller. She and her husband, Claude moved to Concordia in 2002 from California. Kay was a member of the American Legion Post #76, and the Manteca Travelers.

Kay is survived by her husband Claude of Concordia, and sister Janet (Jim) Tuma of Belleville, KS. She is preceded in death by her parents and her two brothers Leonard and Darwin.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00p.m.; family will receive friends from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. Funeral services will be Thursday, January 24, at Nutter Mortuary Chapel at 10:30a.m. Burial will be at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, with Military Honors offered by the American Legion Post #76.
