Kelly Neal Thompson was born on November 3, 1965 and passed peacefully from this life at his home in Manteca on October 29, 2017.  He lost a courageous battle with cancer. 
   He is survived by his wife, Corrine, daughter, Karissa, step-daughter Lolita (Lita) and her three children. He was the youngest brother of Brian, Tracy, CA and Nathan (Nate), Ripon, CA.  He is also survived by his parents, Jim and Marilyn of Tracy, CA.  Numerous nieces and nephews will fondly remember their uncle as “Santa” at Christmastime.
   Kelly’s lifelong passions were fishing and rooting for the Oakland A’s.  He had numerous loyal dog companions over the years.  Cookie, who was by his side through good and bad times alike will truly miss her buddy.  Kelly’s friends will miss his loyal and generous spirit.
   A celebration of life will be held at Crossroads Grace Community Church, 1505 Moffat Blvd., Manteca, CA on November 25, 2017.
