Kenneth Klemin, of Manteca, passed away on October 18, 2011 in Stockton at the age of 64. He was born on March 27, 1947 in Lodi to Cleo "Butch" and Bernice Klemin. Kenneth was a private first class of the United States Army, where he earned the National Defense Service Medal, the Good Conduct Medal and the Expert Rifle Medal. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for the Don Lawley Company for 40 years and was a member of Operating Engineers Local 3.

Kenneth’s grandkids were his life. He also loved camping and fishing at Fort Bidwell with his family and spending time with his best friend Mike Hogel.

Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Debbie Klemin; his children, Joe Vaca, Tonya Melena and Kenny Klemin Jr.; his mother Bernice Klemin; his brothers Cliff Klemin and Wayne Klemin; his sisters Betty Dennis and Connie Brennan, and his ten grand-children: Samantha, Aleena, Wesley, and Letty Mae Vaca, Anthony, Alex, Joel, Alyxia and Alivia Melena, and Devin Klemin. He is preceded in death by his father, Cleo "Butch" Klemin; brother Harold Markel and father and mother-in-law Amador and Dona Vaca. He will also be greatly missed by his "second daughters," Cheri Keys and Jeannie Pacheco.

A visitation for Kenneth will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2011 from 4:00 - 7:00 PM at the Park View Memorial Chapel, 3661 E. French Camp Road in Manteca. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at 2:30 PM at the Park View Memorial Chapel with a reception to follow immediately afterwards at the MRPS Hall, 133 N. Grant Avenue in Manteca. Funeral services are being handled through Park View Funeral Home.
