Kimberly A. Marcus-Summers, 49, entered into rest on December 15, 2011 in Sacramento. She was born on February 8, 1962 in San Jose, CA. In heaven she joins her father William Marcus. She is survived by her mother Joan Marcus of Manteca.

Kim leaves behind her loving husband Tim Summers of Manteca with whom she shared 29 years of happiness; as well as her children William Robert Holt Summers of Manteca, Jamie Lee Smith of Agra, KS and stepdaughter, and Cheri Summers of Napa.

A mother laughs our laughs, sheds our tears, returns our love, fears our fears she lives our joys cares our cares and all our hopes and dreams she shares.

She is a woman who runs her house well with both its queen and its subject. She is the one who makes work possible for her husband and children; she protects them from worries and feeds them. She is Minister of Finance and thanks to her, the households budget in balance. She is Minister in Fine Arts and it is to her doing if the house has charm. She is Minister of Family Education and responsible for the boys entry in school. A woman should be proud of her success in making her house into – a perfect little world she makes around her.

Services for Mrs. Marcus-Summers are under the direction of P.L. Fry and Son Funeral Home, 290 North Union Road, Manteca. A Celebration of life will be held in her honor on Friday, January 6, 2011 at 3 p.m. at P.L. Fry. Memorials can be sent to Pets and Pals, 12488 S.
