Linda Lou Friggle, age 70, entered into rest on May 28, 2014, in Manteca. She was born on April 29, 1944 in Red Oak, Okla. to the late William and Myrtle Mitchell. She was also preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Friggle. Linda was a resident of Manteca for 18 years, and previously lived in Tracy.
Linda leaves behind her loving husband of 52 years, Jerry Friggle of Manteca; her children, Jerri Friggle of Manteca and Curtis Friggle and his wife Jodi of Helena, Ala. She was blessed with three grandchildren, Finley Steven Hauber II and his wife Crystal, Brannon Wayne Friggle, and Haylee DeNae Friggle; and one great grandson, Finley Steven Hauber III. Linda also leaves behind many brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews, and many dear friends.
Linda worked for Owen Illinois Glass Plant in Tracy for 17 years. She retired in 1984. Linda was baptized a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in 2005.
She was a loving and giving person. Linda was considered a caregiver, as she opened her heart and her home to anybody. She cared for her son for over 30 years. She had the most beautiful blue eyes and a smile that would light up a room. Linda loved the Christmas season. She cherished her family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
