Lisa K. Bartenhagen, 48, entered into rest on March 17, 2009in Lathrop. She was born on March 17, 1961 to Mr. and Mrs. Robert and Phyllis Bartenhagen in Stockton. She joins her father Robert Bartenhagen in heaven.

Lisa is survived by her beloved mother Phyllis Bartenhagen of Lathrop and her brothers Scott Bartenhagen and wife Jeanette of Lathrop and Joel Bartenhagen of Lathrop. She was a loving auntie to Emily and Chris Terry of Oklahoma, Liz Bartenhagen of Turlock, Scott R. Bartenhagen of Lathrop, Zeb and Hannah Gareis of Lathrop, and one great-nephew Dillon Terry of Oklahoma.

Lisa was a resident of Lathrop her entire life. She was an inventory analyst for the Tracy Defense Depot for over 20 years. Lisa had an amazing personality. She was very witty with a great sense of humor. She enjoyed watching scary movie sand comedies. She found serenity in star gazing through her telescope. She was an avid animal lover. Her Jack Russell companion “Pardy” was her best friend, she loved taking him on car rides. Lisa has many friends and family who loved her deeply. She will be truly missed.

Ms. Bartenhagen’s services are being handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca. A memorial will take place Wednesday, March 25, at 3 p.m., at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home, 290 N. Union Road, Manteca.

In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to Pets and Pals of Lathrop or any animal shelter of your choice.
