Lois Ginger Admire entered into her final resting place on December 31, 2012, due to complications of Cancer.

Born January 1, 1930, in Bellingham Washington, Ginger was preceded in death by her parents Erma and Elmer Miescke, her infant son, and her husband

Charles Admire.

A 50 year resident of Manteca, Ginger worked as a paraprofessional for San Joaquin County special needs classes and was known for her generosity and directness. Her grandsons recall her fostering children for 25 years and loved working in her garden. Ginger was a member of the Manteca Senior Bowling League and the Garden club.

She is survived by her brother Carl, daughters Cathy Smith and Gail Admire. Her grandsons Bill Slikker, Roy Slikker, John Swier and their families, as well as her great grandchildren Hayden, Riley, Nathan (Slikker), and Eli (Swier). She is also survived by her beloved dog Linsey.

A memorial service will be held at Parkview Cemetery on Friday, January11th at 10am, with a reception to follow at her home on 131 N. Sherman Ave. in Manteca.
