Lorraine Hetrick – Moore, 54, entered into rest on June 1st, 2011 in Manteca. She was born on Dec. 20 1956 in San Jose.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 35 years David Moore. Her children are; Jessica Rodriguez, Joshua and Andrea Moore all of Manteca. Lorraine was blessed by 5 grandchildren; Devon, Makayla, Jazmine, Andrew and Alyssa. She was a beloved sister to; Jimmy, Mark, Dan and Mike Hetrick all of northern California.

While raising her family Lorraine was a long time member of Sequoia Heights Baptist Church. She worked as an instructional aide for the blind at Stockton’s Delta College later becoming an instructional aide for younger children at Lincoln and Sequoia Elementary Schools. Lorraine’s love for children didn’t stop there, being involved in the Manteca Dolphin Swim Team and becoming a licensed referee for local soccer leagues. When at home, Lorraine loved tending to her garden and especiallycooking up delicious meals from recipes that have been passed down from generations. Grandma “G” as she was lovingly known as to her grandchildren had a funny personality and looked forward to gettogethers and following family traditions. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, she will be missed dearly.
