 Madeline M. Enos, 93, entered into rest on May 19, 2016 in Lodi, CA. She was born on June 11, 1922 in Ripon, CA. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alfred Enos.
   Madeline leaves behind her children, Al Enos and wife Susan, Janet Eisenbeis, Dale Enos and wife Debbie. She was blessed with five grandchildren, Carrie, Matt, Stephanie, Andrea and Antoinette. In addition she has 12 great grandchildren, Sophia, Izabella, Frankie, Davin, Jace, Quinn, Franchesca, Presley, Payton, Jaedyn, Mia and Lauren. Madeline has one surviving sibling Herman Silveira.
   Madeline was a lifetime Manteca resident. She worked for Mars Department Store in downtown Manteca and retired after 20 years.  Once a shy young lady, Madeline flourished while working in retail as she enjoyed meeting people and being attentive to their needs.  She was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, where she was a part of the Sacred Heart Society. She was outgoing and loved to socialize. She crocheted and sewed beautifully, where her talent was displayed with every stitch. Her family was her everything, she looked forward to spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a wonderful cook but was best known for her delicious Portuguese sweet bread. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and friend. She will be deeply missed. 
    P.L. Fry is honored to serve the Enos family. A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2016 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. followed by a Rosary at
2:00 p.m. both held at
P.L .Fry & Son Chapel, 290 N. Union Rd., Manteca, CA.
A mass will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, 505 East North Street, Manteca, CA. She will be laid to rest at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery, Escalon, CA. 
   In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to
St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105. An online guest book is available for condolences to the family at www.plfryandson.com (search obituaries).
