Margaret “Maggie” Berger, 82, passed away on Wednesday, March 31. She was born in Memphis, Tenn. on June 21, 1927. She had been a resident of

Manteca for the past 27 years, having lived in the Bay Area prior to moving to Manteca.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Gerald L. Berger and three children, Lorraine Beger Zensius, Eric Berger and Beverly Berger Mason. She has two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was a wonderful wife, mother and friend. She will be greatly missed.

A celebration of her life is being held on Wednesday, April 28, at 1 p.m. at the Merrill Gardens Recreation room, 430 N. Union Road, Manteca.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate in Margaret’s name to the charity of your choice.
