Margaret Dutra, 88, entered into rest on March 15, 2013 in Manteca, Ca. She was born on March 10, 1925 in Manteca, Ca. She joins her husband in heaven John Dutra Sr. and son John Dutra Jr. as well as her siblings Vivian Simmons and Delores Thompson.

Margaret is survived by his nephew Edward and his wife Yvonne Costa.

Ms. Dutra was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church and the Manteca Moose Lodge. She loved the challenge of a great shuffle board game and enjoyed putting together shuffle board tournaments. She was a proud cancer survivor. To remember Margaret is to remember her as a quiet, humble, independent woman who had loving heart. She will be missed.

P.L. Fry & Son is honored to be serving the Dutra family. A rosary will be held on Thursday March 21, 2013 at 7 p.m. at P.L. Fry & Son 290 N. Union Road,. Manteca. A prayer service will be held on Friday March 22, 2013 at 11  a.m. also held at P.L. Fry & Son. She will be laid to rest with her beloved husband and son at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery.
