Born in Portugal on December 1, 1932, Marie Fatima Raymus, 85, entered into rest on April 1, 2018. She is preceded in death by her husband Antone Raymus.
Mrs. Raymus is survived by her family; children, Toni Raymus (Andrew Sephos), David Raymus and Bob Raymus (Laurie). She was blessed with six grandchildren, David Raymus Jr., Danielle Raymus, Tommy Raymus, Trisha Raymus (Michael Davis), Laurin Sephos and Zoe Sephos. In addition, Marie has one surviving brother Roy Medeiros (Debbie).
Marie was a parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church and a longtime volunteer at Doctor’s Hospital of Manteca as a Pink Lady. Marie was greatly involved with the Raymus Foundation and co-founder of Give Every Child a Chance. She enjoyed  expressing herself through painting gorgeous sceneries which still adorn the Yosemite Ave. real estate office. She loved spending time with her late husband traveling the world experiencing many different  cultures and customs. Marie will be truly missed by her friends, family and community.
P.L. Fry & Son Chapel is honored to be serving the Raymus family. Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. followed by a rosary/vigil at 7:00 p.m. held at P.L. Fry & Son Chapel, 290 N. Union Rd., Manteca. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, 505 E. North St., Manteca. Private interment will follow at St. John’s Catholic Cemetery. For condolences to the family an online guest book is available at www.plfryandson.com  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Boys & Girls Club of Manteca or Give Every Child A Chance, Manteca.
