Marilyn McGlynn, 86, entered into rest on February 3, 2013, in Ripon, CA. She was born on December 27, 1926 in Stockton, CA. She joins her husband in heaven Jim McGlynn as well as her daughter Margaret McCampbell and grand
daughter Margaret Rose Delatore.

Mrs. McGlynn is survived by her three loving children, Michael McGlynn, Mary Delatore and Mark McGlynn. She was blessed by 10 grandchildren.

Marilyn was an educator for over 45 years, teaching in the Stockton schools. She was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, Federated Woman’s Club and Manteca Woman’s Service Club. She enjoyed tending to her garden and dancing. Marilyn treasured special times with her grandchildren as she loved visits, phone calls, letters and special holiday cards. Marilyn’s “never quit” attitude was much admired by many. She was an extremely strong woman who had a deep love for everyone she came across. She will be missed.
