Mark A. Jenkins Sr., 50, entered into eternal rest on August 25th, 2012 after a four year battle with Moya-Moya Disease.

Mark was a dedicated employee of Temple Inland box plant in Tracy, CA for 26 years before retiring in 2008. When not working Mark enjoyed attending car shows and swap meets. He had a passion for all Mopars especially his 1970 Dodge Challenger. He also enjoyed the Raiders, the Beatles, woodworking, bowling, tending to his Japanese maple trees and riding his mountain bike with his son Mark Jr. Mark left a lasting impression on everyone with his funny personality and wit. Even up to the end he was still clowning around and making us all laugh. Mark was a wonderful Son, Husband, Father, Papa, Uncle and Friend.

Mark is preceded in death by his father James W. Jenkins Sr. He leaves behind his mother Janet Jenkins of Manteca, his loving and dedicated wife of 31 years Pamela, his children Melissa and Eric Bledsoe of Salida, Megan and Mark Jr. of Modesto, grandchildren Madisyn and Dylan Bledsoe of Salida, brother Jim Jenkins and wife Karen of Walnut Creek, sister Shelly Louie and her companion Tom Langenhorst of Manteca, brother in-law Lonny Brasiel and his wife Jamie of Modesto, sister in-law Patricia Mitchell of Modesto and multiple nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express a special thanks to Kay Haley for her constant loyalty and support. We also would like to express our gratitude to all who participated in the care of our loved one.

Visitation will be held at Deegan Ripon Memorial Chapel, 111 S. Palm Ave., Ripon, CA., Friday, August 31st from 2pm-5pm. Funeral services will be Saturday, September 1, 10am, followed by burial at Ripon Cemetary, 320 N. Stockton Ave., Ripon , CA.
