Mark Allen Searcy, 59, of Weatherford, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2016, at Plaza Hospital in Fort Worth.
   Mark was born on April 23, 1957 in Berkley, California to Robert A. and Shirley Searcy. He was a proud member of the Brotherhood of Sheet Metal Workers Local 104.  Mark enjoyed outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, and kayaking.  He was also a talented and accomplished photographer.
   Mark is survived by his mother, Shirley Martin of Weatherford, Texas, brother, Michael Searcy of Carrolton, Texas; sister, Lynn Richards of Mesa, Arizona; and by his niece and nephew, Austin and Ashley Delaplane of Mesa, Arizona.
   Mark was preceded in death by his father, Robert A. Searcy.
   Cremation has taken place.  Visitation will be held at Galbreaith- Pickard Funeral Chapel, 913 N. Elm Street, in Weatherford, Texas on Friday, September 30, 2016, from 1 until 2 p.m.  
  A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.  Burial will be private.
