Our beloved mother, Martha Louise Beeler passed away peacefully surrounded by her children in Manteca, CA on December 19, 2015.
   Martha was the second to arrive of Louie and Anna Ott’s three beautiful daughters. She resided in Escalon for 56 years, in Lathrop for 19 years, and then Ripon for 8 years.
   Martha was an almond grower and a member of Blue Diamond Almond Growers. She was a lifelong member of San Joaquin Valley Swiss Club, an honorary member of Stanislaus County Swiss Club, formerly an associate member of St. Patricks YLI #179 for 45 years, a former member of Manteca Sweet Swingers golf club where she served two years as Captain.
   Martha enjoyed her many trips to visit her daughters and families in Hawaii and Switzerland. She participated at the Manteca Senior Center where she loved playing pool (billiards) and pinochle. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and her family gatherings.
   She is survived by her children; Charlotte (Beeler) Liddell of Hawaii, Mike Beeler of Modesto and Renee Scheidegger-Beeler of Switzerland; her sister Frances Warmerdam of Lodi; her grandchildren Erin (Jarhett) Gaines, Noel Liddell, Hans Beeler, and Jasmine, Jacqueline, Werner and Natalie Scheidegger; two great-grandchildren Fia and Asher Gaines, and fourteen nieces and nephews.
   She was preceded in death by her son William J. Beeler, her sister Betty Ann Van Duyn, and her companion Bill Piccinini of Manteca.  Visitation from 4-7pm on Tuesday, December 29 , at Deegan Funeral Chapel, in Ripon.
Funeral Mass will take place at St. Patrick’s Church, in Escalon, on Wednesday, December 30, at 10:00 am.
   Remembrances can be made to SSJSC Memorial Fund, Bethany Homes, or San Joaquin County Hospice.
