“Marty,” as he was affectionately called by those who knew and loved him was survived by His mother Cynthia Kerr, step-father Johnny-Ray Murillo, aunt Teresa Brown, uncle Dannie Roettger, aunt Cyndi Kerr, brothers, Sean Moore, Ryan Kerr, Corey Ferrin, and Dustin Anthony, nieces, Natalie Kerr, Lilly Moore and nephew Eric Kerr, cousins, Sarah Folkner snd Charles Svoboda and second-cousins, Danny Isaiah Svoboda, Evah Folkner, Lilah Folkner and Ellah Folkner.
   Marty was as loyal as they come. He would do anything for anyone he loved or cared about. His family was everything to him. We as a family mourn his loss on earth but are comforted in knowing we will see him again someday. He is not in our past, He is in our future. We love you Marty, you will never be forgotten.
   The service will be at Parkview Funeral Home in Manteca, Friday, October 11, 2013 at 11:00a.m. All are welcome to come.
