Mary Sneller passed away peacefully at home on May 20, 2012 in Fremont, CA, surrounded by her family. She was a devoted wife, mother of two, and worked at Ampex in Redwood City. She was an avid San Francisco Giants fan, enjoyed gardening and difficult cross-word puzzles.

She was the loving daughter of Angela and Bert Garcia. Mary was predeceased by Edward Sneller Sr., her loving husband of 57 years. Mary is survived by her son, Edward Sneller Jr, his wife Wendy, her daughter Nancy Gibson, and her husband Jerry. She was adored by her five grandchildren, Jason Durling, Brian Durling, Jennifer Durling, Sara Sneller and Tom Sneller. She is also survived by her brother Joseph Garcia, and his wife Judy, her brother Angelo Garcia, and his wife Geri, her brother Frank Garcia, and his wife Barbara, beloved aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Mary was born in Sunnyvale, and lived in Manteca for over 25 years, prior to moving to Fremont. Mary was an avid supporter of her husband Edward’s efforts in The Masonic Rite, The Scottish Rite, and The Shriner’s Organization. Mary’s love and caring for her family and friends will be missed by all whose lives she touched.

Private family services are to be held.
