Molly Christell Auld, 90, entered into rest on March 16, 2009 in Stockton. She was born on March 26, 1918 in Los Animas, Colorado to Mr. and Mrs. George and Rossie Craig.

Molly is survived by her beloved husband of 53 years Roger Auld of Manteca. Her children are George Gardener of Idaho, Mary Catallo of Clovis, Ca., and Terry Krystad of San Jose, Ca., sisters; Lavita Cothim and Elsie Batten both of Texas. In addition she was blessed by 9 grandchildren Georgeann, David, Randy, Robbin, Rickey, Renee, Ruben, Jeanene, and Jason and several great-grandchildren as well as, great-great-grandchildren.

Molly was a resident of Manteca for the past 7 years. She was a regular attendee and member of 1st Baptist Church of Manteca. In Molly’s younger years she was an interior decorator.  She was an amazing seamstress and could sew just about anything she laid her eyes onto. She had a very special talent in sewing wedding dresses, special occasion formalwear, and drapes. Molly will be remembered as a very special lady who was a devoted wife, wonderful mother, an incredible grandmother, and special friend. She will be deeply missed.

Mrs. Auld’s services are being handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca. Visitation will be on Friday March 20, from 9 to 10 a.m. followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 10 a.m. at P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home 290 N. Union Road, Manteca, California. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery.
