Noel Mary Hall, 50, went to be with the Lord on October 21, 2016, in Fort Worth, TX.
   Noel was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky, on April 3, 1966, to Douglas and Joanne (Simas) Hall. She spent her childhood in Manteca and attended Shasta and Lincoln elementary schools. She graduated from Manteca High School in 1984. She earned an AA degree at San Joaquin Delta College and would later go on to attended Sacramento and Stanislaus State Universities
   Noel worked for the San Joaquin County Marshals Office in Manteca, before moving to Portland, Oregon where she resided for 17 years and worked for Reilly Co.  Two years ago she followed her lifelong dream and worked at the Larry Huch Ministries in Irving, Texas. 
   Noel is survived by her parents Douglas and Joanne (Simas) Hall, as well as her brother Tony Hall and sister-in-law Gina, of Stockton. She is also survived by her nephew Jonathan Hall, great niece Cyndell Hall of Manteca, uncles and aunts, Ted and Rita Simas of Manteca, Gwen Simas of Riverbank, and Scott and Jennith Hall of Ashland, Oregon. Noel leaves behind a host of loving cousins and friends. She is predeceased by her grandparents Joe and Isabel Simas and uncle, John Simas.
