Olga Angelina Marzano, born April 23,1920, went home to The Lord, peacefully in her sleep on Feb. 3, 2011. She was 90 years old.  

Olga was born to Italian immigrant parents, Joseph and Rose Marzano, in New York City where she was raised with a strong study and work ethic.  She graduated from St. Joseph’s College in New York City.  A resident of New York most of her life, Olga worked in the World Trade Center as an insurance underwriter.  She held a strong interest in finance, investing and Wall Street her entire life.  Olga was deeply religious, taking pilgrimages to Lourdes and other famous religious sites.  

Olga was a resident of The Commons at Union Ranch Assisted Living Facility for the past two years.  Olga moved to California from New York to be closer to family.  Olga is survived by her sister, Evelyn Corcoran, of Mukilteo, WA.  Nephews, Kevin Corcoran, Lake Gregory, CA., Timothy Corcoran, Claremont, CA, Randall Corcoran, Edmonds, WA., and niece Deborah Cardoza, of Modesto, CA.  In addition, she has a great-niece Rose Corcoran and great-nephew, Andre Corcoran.

Services will be held at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church on Tuesday, Feb. 8, at 11 a.m.  In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Catholic Charities.  Arrangements by Deegan Ripon Memorial Chapel; please visit their website at www.deeganfuneralchapels.com
