Patricia Ann Abbott passed peacefully in her sleep September 3rd with her family by her side. She was born May 17, 1957 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Howard and Dolores Immekus. She grew up in San Leandro and attended Marina High School, class of 1975, where she met and married her high school sweetheart, Lawrence Abbott. In the 17 years they were together they raised four wonderful children in Lathrop, CA.

Patricia is survived by her children Shana Cummings, Katie Abbott, Daniel Abbott and Sandra Abbott, seven grandchildren, sister and best friend Colleen Perez, four brothers Edward, Terry, Roy, and Dale Immekus and her

puppy Guthrie.

In her final months she lived in Modesto with her daughter Sandra and grand-baby Nicholas Alexander Collins, who was the light of her life. She was an amazing grandmother, mother, sister and friend. She was a selfless, loving, beautiful soul with a huge heart, bright eyes and brilliant personality.

Services will be held at Old Mission San Jose, 43300 Mission Blvd., Fremont, CA, on Wednesday, September 12 at 9:00am.
