Peggy Ault, a life time California resident, passed away at Kaiser Hospital in Hayward on Friday, October 7, 2011. She was 69 years old.  Peggy was born and raised in Oakland.  She moved her family to Hayward in the 1980’s and years later she retired from a long life of work in the baker’s industry and moved to Oakdale were she enjoyed the country life.  Peggy enjoyed going to casinos, listening and dancing to oldies but goodies music, farm life, her dogs and cats, but mostly spend-ing time with her family and friends.

Peggy is survived by her mother Jennie Cortez of Oakland; brother Nemecio “Jr” Cortez of Oakland; daughter Carrie Bohner of Tracy; grandsons Justin and Jayson Bohner of  Tracy, Bryson Stonum and Daniel Ault of  Manteca; nieces Shael Cortez, Cathy Merican and Sandy Cefalu
of  Manteca and Angela Delgado of Oakland; nephews Mario Delgado of Tracy, Steve Delgado of Concord, Jesse and Cisco Cortez of Oakland.  Peggy is preceded in death by her husband Charles Ault; son Dennis Ault; sisters Gloria Cortez and Virginia Delgado; brothers Gregory Cortez and Michael Cortez.

Peggy’s services will be on Friday, October 14. Visitation is 10:00am – 1:00pm with her Rosary starting at 1:00 pm atDeegan Funeral Chapel, 1441 San Joaquin Street in Escalon.
