She has two great-grandchildren Dylan and Logan. In addition Phyllis has three sisters who reside in Iowa Eileen Bennet, Jan Boche and Judy Vargus.

Mrs. Bartenhagen took great pride in being a mother and wife. She was a wonderful house keeper and some would call her the “queen of the kitchen.” She retired from American Honda in Stockton working most of her career in the warehouse parts department. She loved trips to local casinos and loved hand held slot machine games. She enjoyed lifetime TV and any crime investigation drama series. She was a simple lady who loved her family. Her grandchildren where her number one priority; she loved them unconditionally.
