Randolph "Randy" Huffman, 78, of Modesto, California, passed away on October 11, 2025. Born in Berkeley, California on December 16, 1946. In 1972 he moved to the Central Valley - Manteca and Ripon before settling in Modesto 10 years ago. He is preceded in death by his two children Mickey Huffman and Kevin Johnson.

   Randy proudly served his country in the United States Army, stationed in Germany, and was honorably discharged in 1969 after four years of service.

   He is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Jane; his children Dana Gonzalez, and Amy Oberst; grandchildren; Alexis, Andrue, Josh, Jeff, Kevin, Anakin, Jacob, and Nolan; and great-grandchildren Anaela and Felix. He is also survived by his sister, Janice Hokerson.

   Randy enjoyed fishing, golfing, and camping; especially when those moments were shared with family and friends. He made many lasting friendships at Friendly Village in Modesto, where he cherished the weekly poker games and the sense of community he found there.

   A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at the Friendly Village Clubhouse, 2621 Prescott Road, Modesto, California.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Hospice in Randy's memory.
