Ray L. Clark passed away December 19, 2011 in Modesto, CA at the age of 79 years. He was born March 11, 1932 in Concordia, Kansas to Frank and Mary Ruth Clark.

Ray was an adult probation division director and also owned his own business. He also served in the U.S. Navy as a Seaman First Class during the Korean War. In his spare time Ray enjoyed golfing, fishing, camping, reading, collecting knifes and traveling. He also taught corrections at local colleges, was a founding member of  B.A.K.C.A and member of the Knife Maker's Guild. His family was the world to him.

He is survived by his wife Carol Clark, daughters Karen Glancy and Linda Palmer, grandchildren Heather Foutz (Jacob), Tyler Grannis (Mitzi), Brian Glancy, Lisa Glancy, great grandchildren Clifford, Cheyenne, Ciera, Cody, Paisley and Claire, brother-in-law Jack Licalsi, sister-in-law June Clark, nieces and nephews Mike Licalsi (Naomi), John Licalsi (Pooi Yin), Phyllis Ritter (Gerald), Don Lysell (Pat) and great niece Sophia Licalsi. He is preceded in death by his sister Dorothy Johnson. Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial service held at Camelia Gardens, 197 Garden Circle Drive, Manteca, CA 95336, on December 27, 2011 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Second Harvest Food Bank, P.O. Box 4039, Manteca, CA 95337.
