Raymond Eugene Cardoza, born on March 30, 1934 in Tracy, California, passed away on November 18, 2022. He joins his wife, Gladys, in heaven. 

   He is survived by his two sons, John (Glenda) Cardoza of Manteca and Larry Cardoza of Manteca. He was blessed with six grandchildren, John (Anna) Cardoza of Saint Johns, Florida, Riley Cardoza of Boise, Idaho, Larry Cardoza of Manteca, Thomas Cardoza of Manteca, Jenna Cardoza of Manteca and Teneé Cardoza and nine great-grandchildren, Nina, Audra, Rowen, Vivian, Lavin, Colton, Cain, Cayin, Coreylee. He is survived by his brothers David (Sue) Cardoza of Manteca, Harold (Nelda) Cardoza of Tracy, Sharon Beam of Modesto and Jim (Silka) Cardoza of Vacaville. He leaves behind his godchild Robert (Lisa) Cardoza.

   Raymond served in the United States National Guard and loved going to the VFW Halls in Ripon and Manteca to have breakfast. He was a great outdoorsman who enjoyed camping, hunting, boating and working on his ranch. Raymond was a lifetime member of the Manteca Horseman Club and enjoyed trail riding. Raymond was an excellent craftsman and spent many hours in his shop.

   Raymond was a hardworking man. He was also a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Manteca.  He could also be a bit feisty at times but the one thing that he cherished the most was his family. He will be missed.
