Rich was born in San Leandro, CA but lived most of his life in Manteca, Modesto area and he was a Jehovah Witness.
   Rich is survived by Richard Sr., Colleen and Tom Parker, Mama Eve and Papa Dan Lopes, aunt Charlene Bogoni, uncles Alton Jr., and Bobby Jelks, Alyssa Jelks and Gil Rosenbourgh, Danielle Allen, Deborah and Jeff Haslett, Thomas and Toni Jelks, cousins Chrystle, Cheneen Wendekier and Traci Bagoni, nieces Jordan and Jayleigh Haslett and Audrianna Jelks and nephew Joshua Haslett.
   Rich blessed all who knew him and we will miss him.
