 A hard working man was called home suddenly on May 14, 2016.  Richard was everything to his family and he will be missed so much.  The son of the late Berta and LaVere Mullins, Richard was born April 23, 1950 in Stockton, CA.
   Richard and Winnie were married on May 3, 1969 and had 47 beautiful years together. Richard loved the Lord, he cherished his family, he treasured his beloved friends and felt very blessed to live in Valley Home.  Richard was the much loved son-in-law of the late Barbara and Paul Keaster.  Left to carry on his wonderful legacy are his devoted daughters, Tena Heaton (Scott Heaton), Beci Mullins (Brian) VanVeldhuizen, Melissa Bartholomew (Rick Cox), he deeply loved his precious children who through foster care called him dad, Shawn, Brandi and Falicia and so many more over the years.
Throughout Richard’s life he touched many lives and was deeply loved by all who knew him.  Richard’s greatest joy in life was his grandchildren, whom he loved with all his heart.  Those living in Valley Home are Jenna Heaton, Cody Bartholomew, Cooper Bartholomew and Millie Cox.  Mourning his passing is his devoted nieces and nephews, Michelle and  Haylee Bradford, Anthony Serna, Mike, Julie and Jacen Soiseth, TJ Keaster, Jill, Ron, Ryan, Mathew and Chase McCaul, Jack Keaster and Richard Bradford.  Richard leaves behind his beloved brothers-in-law Dave Keaster, Tim Keaster and devoted sisters-in-law Pam, Debbie, Sharon and Linnie Keaster.     He is survived by brother Ed Mullins.  Waiting in heaven to welcome him are brother Robert Mullins and brothers-in-law Jeff and Ed Keaster.
Services will be held Sunday, May 22, 2016 at 12 noon at the Linden Cemetery, Cady Lane, Linden, CA  Park View Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
